- The Egyptian Liver Hospital obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, as SGS accredited the hospital in January 2018, ensuring the highest quality standards. SGS made a second visit in July 2019 to follow up on the hospital's quality system, and a third visit in February 2020 to follow up on the hospital's quality system.
- In January 2021, SGS visited the hospital to renew ISO 9001 for another three years.
- The project to develop the laboratories and obtain the ISO 15189 certificate for the year 2012 for medical laboratories is currently underway, as is the hospital development project And obtaining the Egyptian accreditation for quality.
